2. PRIVACY POLICY
§ 1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is perfumify.store

§ 2. Scope and purposes of processing
The Controller processes the following data for the following purposes:

§ 3. Recipients of the data
To achieve the above purposes, data may be entrusted to processors, in particular:
- Shopify International Ltd. (Ireland) / Shopify Inc. — store-platform provider (hosting of the Store);
- Shopify — payment processing;
- Fileflare— delivery of the digital Product / sending of e-mails;
- an accounting office — bookkeeping (if applicable);
- legal-service providers, where necessary.
§ 4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some recipients (e.g. the platform provider) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any such transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) providing an appropriate level of protection.
§ 5. Retention period
- data relating to the Contract — for the duration of performance and until the relevant limitation periods expire;
- data on accounting documents — for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years);
- data processed on the basis of consent (marketing) — until consent is withdrawn.
§ 6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
§ 7. Provision of data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the Contract. Providing an e-mail address is a condition for delivery of the digital Product.
§ 8. Cookies
The Store uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure correct operation, for statistical purposes and (with consent) for marketing. Consents and cookie settings are managed via the cookie banner/settings in the Store and via your browser settings.
